All orders are processed within 2-3  business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refund Policy

We apologize that we don’t have any kind of refund for any item only for the below cases:

-        Missing Items, Damaged Items,

-       Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any product that has a problem

-       We can only offer returns for items purchased from our website.

- Shipping & Handling Charges

Please note that shipping, customs, duties and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. If the revised order total falls below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.

Our current international carrier is FedEx and our local carrier is Al-Muhtaref for delivery
